Welcome to Spearhead Ministries
 Founded in 1985 by Harold and Mildred McDonald, Spearhead Ministries provides a Prophetic ministry to pastors and churches to support them and to impart fresh revelation of the plan and purpose of God to His Body. To proclaim Isaiah 61 and to help believers to find their place in Christ`s Body that all may function in unity. In the ministry since 1958 as pastor of several churches and traveling to other churches, Harold was with the Assemblies of God and later became non-denominational when ordained by Christian Life Church, Lacey, WA in 1980. He is in Fellowship of Christian Ministries International, Tacoma, WA and Bethel Fellowship in Federal Way, WA. Harold has a Doctorate of Divinity from ELYADA BIBLE COLLEGE, WA.
As a Prophet, Harold McDonald’s focus is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and that the full stature and measure of Christ may be reached. (Eph 4: 11-16) To minister a RHEMA Word, to save and heal. Deliver, teach and lead the people into Worship. Worship is paramount. It is a key, and through worship. God will do great and mighty things in the midst of people who endeavor to hear a Prophetic Word for the pastor, the church and individuals and to hear prophetic preaching and teaching of the Word. Harold and Mildred have celebrated more than 61 years of marriage. Mildred McDonald is an integral part of Spearhead Ministries. She is able to teach, uses story illustrations and parables to bring the word of God with clarity that can be easily be understood. Mildred is a people person with hands on experiences. Mildred is a song writer and has several CD`s, Titled as “EASY LISTENING WORSHIP.

Mexico Trip
Dr. Harold McDonald and Spearhead Ministries took a team to Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. We went to surrounding areas to minister in several churches.
Our team was in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.from September 1st through September 15th of 2011. God worked great things among the people we mnistered to and we were able to teach about the wonders of God greatness!
